It's not a willpower problem. Ultra-processed takeout is engineered to be addictive – built on sugar, fat, and salt that light up your brain and keep you coming back for more. Food delivery apps then put that food one tap away, any craving, any time of night. You're not weak. You're up against a product designed to hook you, made effortless to order.

Ordo Block helps you quit takeout and take back control – without shame, and without white-knuckling it. It's a food delivery blocker and a quit-takeout coach in one.

WHY IT'S SO HARD TO STOP
It's two things working together. First, the food: fast food and ultra-processed meals are made to override your body's "I'm full" signal – a real, chemical pull, not a lack of discipline. Then the delivery: Uber Eats, DoorDash and the rest make that food available in one tap, with notifications and "treat yourself" nudges that land exactly when you're tired, stressed, or up late. Put them together and ordering becomes automatic. If that feels like food addiction, fast food addiction, or a nightly takeout habit you can't shake – you're not imagining it, and it isn't your fault.

HOW IT WORKS
When you open a food delivery app, Ordo Block steps in with a full-screen pause. A calm countdown gives the urge time to pass, with your own personal reason for quitting front and center. When it ends, you choose: go in, or walk away. Walking away is quietly celebrated – and the money you didn't spend starts adding up.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
Ordo Block uses Android's Accessibility Service to power the pause. It lets us detect when you open a food delivery app, so we can show the pause screen before you order.
– What we access: the name of the app you've just opened, so we know when a delivery app is launched.
– What we don't do: we don't read what you type, read your messages, capture your screen, or collect content from other apps. We never sell or share this data.
– You can turn off accessibility access anytime in your phone's settings.

WHAT YOU GET
– A pause screen that interrupts impulse orders before they happen
– Your "why" – a personal message that meets you in the moment
– Choose your path: taper down gradually, or go cold turkey and block delivery apps completely
– Watch your real savings grow, day by day
– Build a streak and see your orders fall
– Works with the apps you already use – Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Menulog and more
– Private by design – everything stays on your device. No account, no data selling, no bank connection, no receipt scanning

WHO IT'S FOR
If you've been trying to stop ordering takeout, cut your food delivery spending, or quit the Uber Eats or DoorDash habit for good, Ordo Block is built for exactly that. It's for people who:
– order delivery most nights and want to break the cycle
– reach for fast food when stressed, tired, bored, or up late
– feel stuck in the "I'll just order tonight" loop, especially working from home
– want to stop impulse food spending and watch the savings grow instead
– suspect the real struggle is the food itself – food addiction, fast food addiction, sugar and ultra-processed cravings – not a lack of willpower

Ordo Block won't lecture you or count your calories. It simply gives you a moment to choose – and makes the choice to walk away feel like a win.
