本アプリケーションは、ウェアラブルセンサを用いて日常生活における生体情報をモニタリングし、自律神経のバランスを整えることで、更年期障害の予防・対策を支援することを目的としています。

◆ 主な特徴 ◆
ウェアラブルセンサ（Fitbit）を活用し、心拍変動（HRV）、心拍数、歩数、活動量、VO₂ Max、睡眠時間などの生体データをアプリで一元管理します。これらにメンタルヘルスおよび更年期に関する質問票を組み合わせ、更年期症状を総合的にスコア化し、フィードバックを行います。ウェアラブルセンサを使用しない場合でも、質問票機能をご利用いただけます。

▼ 総合スコア機能
更年期症状、不安・抑うつ症状、睡眠、活動量、心拍変動などの指標をもとに、状態を総合スコアとして可視化します。表示されるアドバイスを参考に体調管理を行えます。

▼ バイタル機能
Fitbitと連携することで、HRV、安静時心拍数、呼吸数、皮膚温度、血中酸素飽和度（SpO₂）などをモニタリングできます。
※連携にはFitbitアプリのインストールおよびアカウント登録が必要です。推奨デバイスは Fitbit Sense 2 です。

◆ 学術研究 ◆
順天堂大学大学院医学研究科では、更年期障害と心拍変動などの生体情報に関する研究を進めています。男性更年期に関する患者データを多角的に解析し、重症度との関連を検討してきました。
研究成果は 2025 Biomarkers of Aging Conference（米国ボストン）などで発表されています。現在は、性差を考慮した予防・治療戦略につながるウェアラブルシステムの社会実装を目指しています。

This application supports autonomic nervous system regulation and the prevention of menopausal disorders by monitoring daily physiological data using wearable sensors.

◆ Key Features ◆
Using a wearable sensor (Fitbit), the app integrates physiological data such as heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate, step count, physical activity, VO₂ max, and sleep duration. These data are combined with mental health and menopause-related questionnaires to generate a comprehensive symptom score and provide feedback.
The questionnaire functions are also available without a wearable sensor.

▼ Comprehensive Score
The app visualizes an overall health score based on menopausal symptoms, anxiety and depressive symptoms, sleep, activity level, and HRV, supporting daily self-care through guidance comments.

▼ Vital Signs Monitoring
When connected with Fitbit, users can monitor HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, skin temperature, and blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂).
Note: Fitbit app installation and account registration are required. The recommended device is Fitbit Sense 2.

◆ Academic Research ◆
At the Graduate School of Medicine, Juntendo University, research is conducted on menopausal disorders and physiological biomarkers such as HRV. Male menopause–related patient data have been analyzed to clarify associations with symptom severity.
These findings have been presented at international conferences, including the 2025 Biomarkers of Aging Conference in Boston, USA.
The research team is working toward the social implementation of wearable systems to advance prevention and treatment strategies that consider sex differences.
