Choose what body part with pain or weakness. Finally choose exercise for your health. Of course you could train with YouTube, but it’s better to store repetitions and stretch times in app and watch form when needed. Workout with YouTube is fine. Workout with dedicated app is just easier and in long term will save you time.

You need rehabilitation? Add rehabs from your rehabilitator or therapist. Keep all important notes in one place. And from time to time watch how to perform rehab exercises just to remind of form.
