Do not rely on memory alone for the condition of a rental home.

Rental Home Baseline helps tenants and landlords record a rental home's condition using the same room-by-room guide, then compare records for the same room and item later.

Guided room-by-room capture
Review guided items for the entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Suggested photo targets help you capture consistent views. After saving a new item, the app continues to the next incomplete guide item.

Photos, videos, notes, and condition records
Attach up to six photos and videos in total to each item and add a note, lifecycle stage, and observed condition. Reopen an existing record to update it without creating a duplicate. Removing a photo reference or deleting an app record does not delete the original photo from the device photo library.

Move-in and move-out comparison
Choose any two saved dates for the same room and item, then compare their photos, notes, and condition side by side.

Share only what you select
Choose one or more records and create a portrait PNG for each photo, including its record date, condition, and note. Send the images through the Android system share sheet to an app you choose. Videos have thumbnail previews with a play icon and can be shared separately as originals; they are not included in PNG summaries.

Kept on this device
No account or cloud sync is required. App records are stored locally on the device. The app does not ask for an address, contract document, or contact list. It uses the Android system Photo Picker so you choose which photos the app can access instead of granting broad gallery access.

Important notice
Rental Home Baseline is a personal organization and comparison tool. It does not determine liability, damage, deposit deductions, restoration obligations, or legal outcomes, and it does not guarantee that a record will be accepted as legal evidence. Applicable decisions depend on the agreement, local law, and individual circumstances.
