Ordizy is a lightweight, efficient mobile application designed for field sales representatives and route commerce teams. Optimize your IT budget, streamline order taking, and sync seamlessly with your own Ordizy.Service backend.

SELF-HOSTED DEPLOYMENT (TOTAL BUDGET & DATA CONTROL)

• Zero Subscriptions: Eliminate recurring monthly IT fees. Both the mobile app and the server backend operate under an open-license model with no hidden costs.

• On-Premise Infrastructure: Install the server module directly on your own hardware. Avoid expensive corporate cloud solutions and eliminate third-party middlemen. Download the server package via our official website link below.

• Full Data Independence: All client databases, pricing matrices, and order histories remain strictly on your private hardware, completely secure from external access.

AUTONOMOUS OFFLINE MODE

The app works entirely offline, allowing representatives to generate orders without any cellular connection and sync them later when back online.

CORE FEATURES FOR FIELD SALES EXECUTION

• Flexible Order Generation: Take orders by assigned daily routes or browse the full client list.

• Smart GPS Tracking: Record client visits with precise GPS coordinate verification. Configurable radius validation ensures representatives are physically at the retail outlet.

• Telephone Orders: Skip GPS tracking for remote sales by marking an entry as a phone order.

• Inventory & Pricing Insights: Record client stock levels (on-shelf inventory) and view client-specific pricing directly during the visit.

• Debt & Payment Collection: Track customer balances by specific invoices, collect cash payments on-site, and transfer them securely to the office.

• Sales Analytics & Reports: Access quick and detailed on-device sales reports. Track order totals and collected cash per representative.

• Flexible Pricing & Discounts: Choose standard price lists, apply custom discounts, or add markups on the fly.

• On-Device Order History: View past customer orders directly on the mobile screen. Generate new orders based on the client’s previous order history or frequently purchased items.

CENTRALIZED SERVER MANAGEMENT (ORDIZY.SERVICE)

All critical parameters are configured on your own server side: mandatory GPS collection rules, the data retention period for order history displayed on the mobile device, order suggestions logic, and automated data synchronization schedules (manual sync is also available).
