PorteQR: the digital DeCA for hauliers in Spain

Issue your digital DeCA (control document) from your phone in under a minute. PDF, QR code and offline display, so you are covered at any roadside check.

Since 5 October 2026, the Administrative Control Document (DeCA) for road freight must be digital. It applies to public road haulage carried out within Spain, cabotage included.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose who hires you.
2. Enter the origin and destination.
3. Add the goods, weight and vehicle.
4. Tap Issue. Your DeCA and QR code are ready.

QR FOR ROADSIDE INSPECTIONS
Each document generates a PDF and a QR code. The officer scans the code and downloads the PDF directly, with no account and no app. Your DeCA and its QR are saved on your phone, so you can show them:
• With no signal or in aeroplane mode
• In a warehouse or yard with poor coverage
• On a rural road with no connection

BUILT FOR HAULIERS
• Repeat a previous load in a couple of taps
• Save shippers, vehicles, addresses and frequent goods
• Change the vehicle during the journey and keep a record of the change
• Several shipments on one document, when the rules allow it
• Scan a loading order, delivery note or CMR to pre-fill your DeCA (in the app)
• Send the shipper a link so they fill in their part, with nothing to install
• Add drivers and managers to your team

EVERY CHANGE IS RECORDED
Corrections follow the official method: the new detail, the reason and the previous detail marked as no longer valid. Nothing is deleted.

SIX LANGUAGES
Spanish, Romanian, Polish, French, Portuguese and English. The app picks your phone's language and you can change it at any time.

FOR OWNER-DRIVERS, FLEETS AND COOPERATIVES
Owner-drivers with a lorry or van, haulage companies, fleets, cooperatives, shippers, agencies and logistics operators.

DeCA, CONSIGNMENT NOTE AND CMR
PorteQR specialises in the DeCA. The domestic consignment note and the international CMR are different documents, and PorteQR does not replace them.

PRIVACY
Your documents are stored in the European Union. Both the haulier and the shipper can access them, and they remain yours even if you stop using PorteQR.
