KioSnap Vendor is the counter app for KioSnap, the digital storefront platform for small businesses in India. Keep it on the counter and it does the two jobs a phone is actually good for: telling you an order has arrived, and letting you take one.

NEVER MISS AN ORDER
When a customer orders, your phone rings and keeps ringing until someone acknowledges it. Tap the alert and you land on the order. It works with the app closed and the screen locked, so the phone can sit by the till and do its job. A setup walk-through turns off the battery settings that stop alerts on Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Samsung and the rest, because those settings are the real reason apps go quiet.

THE ORDER BOARD
- Every live order on one list, oldest first, grouped by what it needs next
- One labelled button per order: accept with cash, accept with UPI, or move it on to the next stage
- A timer on every order, so nothing sits forgotten
- Tap an order for the full bill and its history

SELL AT THE COUNTER
- Take walk-in orders on the phone: sizes, add-ons, off-catalog lines
- Cash or UPI, or hand the order over and collect later
- Opening float and cash taken out of the drawer, for the day book

WORKS WHEN THE INTERNET DOES NOT
This is the part most apps skip. Orders you take with no signal are priced and numbered on the phone and sent up when the connection returns, with the totals you printed. Your menu, your board and your prices are all readable offline. Nothing waits on a loading spinner while a customer waits on you.

MENU, MID-RUSH
- Mark an item, a size or an add-on sold out in one tap, and back tomorrow
- Change a price without opening a laptop

YOUR TEAM
- Staff sign in on the same phone with a PIN, offline included
- Every order records who took it

YOUR CUSTOMERS NEVER INSTALL ANYTHING
Your storefront is a web link and a QR code. Customers browse and order from their own phone with nothing to download. This app is for you, the vendor.

WHO IT IS FOR
Food stalls, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, home bakers, handmade and craft sellers, home brands, and service providers. Built for a business whose alternative is a laminated menu card and orders over WhatsApp.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED
KioSnap Vendor needs a KioSnap account. KioSnap has a free plan and paid plans with more items, staff and features. Zero commission on your sales, on every plan.
