THE GUIDED FODMAP PROGRAM
Three steps, at your own pace. First, elimination: a few weeks (4 by default, adjustable) limiting foods high in FODMAPs. Then reintroduction of the 6 groups (fructans, GOS, lactose, fructose, sorbitol, mannitol), one at a time, with a reference dose each day and how you feel logged along the way. Finally, a review of the groups that seem to suit you and the ones to watch. Suggested amounts are reference points, to be checked with a dietitian.

SCAN THE MENU AT THE RESTAURANT
Take a photo of the menu: Digelia reads the dishes and sorts them for you. Likely fine for you, in moderation, best avoided for you, ask about ingredients, or not a fit for your diet: each dish shows its reliability level. An estimate, never a certainty.

YOUR TRIGGERS, GROUP BY GROUP
In My triggers, Digelia connects your meals with how you feel and brings out leads to confirm, food by food or by FODMAP group: how often discomfort followed the meals that contained them, the usual delay, and whether the amount seems to matter.

NOT SURE BEFORE YOU EAT?
Check a dish with a photo or a few words. Digelia estimates whether it’s likely gentle, worth watching or likely tricky for you, spots your suspects on the plate and shows how reliable the estimate is.

ONE TAP AFTER EACH MEAL
About 2.5 hours after a meal, Digelia asks: “How is your tummy?” One tap is enough, even offline. In the evening, a quick recap looks back on your day. In My day, you can also log your stress, sleep, bowel movements and water.

LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS
Take a photo of your plate: the foods are recognized, you check them, and it’s saved. Your usual meals are suggested as favorites as soon as you start a new meal. The home screen highlights the estimated FODMAPs of your day.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Meal and menu photos are analyzed, then deleted. Your health data is only used with your consent, given purpose by purpose, and is never sold. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app. Meals and check-ins are saved even offline and sent as soon as you’re back online.

Digelia talks about suspects and leads to confirm. Every result shows a reliability score that grows as you log more.
