Screen Wars is the game you win by putting your phone down.

Every day starts at 800 HP (Health Points). Time on your phone drains them, time off your phone heals them. End the day above 800 and your streak lives on. A good night's sleep gives you a head start.

PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS
Start a league with friends, family or colleagues. Every night your day's HP is banked as points, and the table shows who's ahead in this week's round. When the round ends, the top three take gold, silver and bronze.

THE PRIZE IS MEETING UP
The round's winner picks a few times to meet, and the game asks the rest of the league for you. The time most of you can make is chosen and shown in the app. Afterwards the game asks: did you meet?

CHALLENGES, BATTLES AND QUESTS
• Dare your league: no phone from 20:00 to 22:00, three hours of deep work, a calm start to the morning.
• Start a focus battle against yourself and win bonus HP.
• Three daily quests that pay coins.
• Send kudos to friends who had a good day, and collect trophies.

TACTICS
Choose your enemy apps, and every minute in them drains double. Choose ally apps you're happy to use, and they don't drain at all. Pick how the reminder talks to you after a while in an enemy app: plain, a bribe or a roast.

MADE TO BE PUT DOWN
• No ads and no endless feeds.
• 0 HP isn't game over. Every minute off the phone pays the debt back.

YOUR SCREEN TIME STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Screen Wars reads your screen time on your phone, and the minutes never leave it. Your friends see your HP and points, never your screen time. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell data. The privacy policy says exactly what is sent.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Screen Wars needs usage access, an Android setting, to read your screen time. The app shows you where to turn it on.
• The app is in English, and the leagues follow Norwegian time.
• For ages 13 and up.
