The THOLOMEUS® “Health Agenda” makes the communication of the main physiological parameters to your doctor very easy and accurate. It is the perfect app to monitor a wide range of physiological parameters, as:

• Percentage of blood oxygen saturation
• Pulmonary function
• Blood glucose
• Blood cholesterol
• Blood triglycerides

The THOLOMEUS® health app is the first app certified by the Italian Ministry of Health which helps you to keep your health status under control. It is a CE medical device, developed with the medical and scientific support of the team of physicians and specialists of the Italian Institute of Telemedicine.

The app allows to connect you to your doctor or to the THOLOMEUS® medical center in order to get advises and recommendations about the management of your own health status. Furthermore, it allows to display all the clinical information and the reports of the diagnostic tests performed in community pharmacies or in the doctors’ office with THOLOMEUS® professional diagnostic devices, namely:

• 24-hour blood pressure monitoring
• Resting or 24-hour Holter electrocardiogram
• Spirometry
• Pulse oximetry

The app allows to enter the measured parameters manually or to upload them from compatible medical devices with a Bluetooth technology. It also allows to manage and to monitor your own therapy. All the information is recorded and displayed also in a graphical format in order to favor the assessment of its variations over the time, by you or your physician. The use of “traffic lights” helps the user to verify that the entered parameters are within a normal range.
