DAS Source puts the specialist mortgage sourcing and due-diligence tools brokers use every day on your phone.

Built for FCA-authorised mortgage intermediaries who place buy-to-let, HMO, multi-unit, semi-commercial and commercial cases.

SOURCING
• Compare products from the specialist buy-to-let and commercial lenders on the DAS Source panel
• See the rent each lender needs for your case, using that lender's own stress rate and cover ratio
• Fees, early repayment charges and the true cost over the initial period, side by side
• Rates update when lenders reprice, and the app keeps the latest copy so it opens fast, even on a weak signal

MAX BORROWING
• How much each lender would lend on the value and rent you enter

PROPERTY CHECK: one postcode, every register
• Nearby sold prices, EPC and MEES, a stamp duty estimate, nearby flood warning areas, and which council covers licensing and Article 4
• Print the results, or share them as a PDF deal pack

COMPANY CHECK
• Companies House charges, directors and persons with significant control for an SPV

ON YOUR PHONE
• Fingerprint or face unlock
• Print, save or share results straight from the app
• The same account as dassource.co.uk, so the app always matches the website

Requires an active DAS Source subscription.
