Invoice Link is invoicing, estimates, and payments for tradespeople. Send an invoice as a secure link, and your customer can view it and pay from their own phone. They don't need an app or an account.

Made for trade businesses that bill from the truck instead of a desk, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and handyman work.

Invoices and estimates
• Send invoices and estimates as a link by text or email, or share the link with any messaging app.
• Customers can approve and sign an estimate on their own phone, or sign on yours at the job site.
• Turn an approved estimate into an invoice in a couple of taps.
• Request deposits, accept partial payments, and add sales tax and discounts.
• Set up recurring invoices for maintenance contracts.
• Send customers automatic email reminders when an invoice is overdue.
• Share a PDF or print any invoice.
• Add your logo, brand color, and invoice template.

Getting paid
• Accept online card and bank transfer (ACH) payments through your connected Stripe account, and PayPal through your PayPal account.
• Show a QR code so a customer can pay from their phone on the spot.
• Record cash, check, and other payments you collect yourself.
• Online payments carry processing and platform fees. Payouts reach your bank on your Stripe or PayPal payout schedule. See https://invoicelinkapp.com/pricing for details.

Run the job
• Customer list with job history.
• Track your business expenses: scan the receipts for supplies, materials, and other things your business buys.
• Time Clock for tracking your hours, work route, and job-site stops.
• Door Knocker for mapping your door-to-door canvassing route.
• Job-photo portfolio with before and after photos.
• Keep your license, insurance, and permits in a Credentials wallet, ready to share by text or email.
• Revenue and expense reports.
• Works offline. Create invoices with no signal, and they sync when you're back online.
• Optional AI assistant that asks your permission first. Type or speak to create invoices, find documents, and pull reports.

How Invoice Link uses your location
With your permission, Time Clock records your work route and job-site stops. If you choose "Allow all the time," Invoice Link collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use, only while you're clocked in. Tracking stops when you clock out. Door Knocker and other features use your location only while the app is open.

Plans
Invoice Link is free to download, and the free plan includes 3 invoices. An Invoice Link Pro subscription, billed through Google Play, adds unlimited invoices, recurring invoices, reports, receipt scanning, and more. You can manage or cancel it anytime in Google Play.

Invoice Link is for businesses in the United States.
