Train in peace. We'll count the rest.

You know that feeling when you get to the gym (or home) and your head's already at its limit? Between work, messages, the to-do list... and then on top of that, you have to remember how many sets you've done, how many reps, how much weight. Sometimes working out just feels like another task on the list, right?

And it's worse when fitness apps, instead of helping, just pile on the pressure: they remind you that you're "falling behind" or "about to break your streak," they compare you, they demand more. Like we don't already have enough pressure outside the gym.

That's why we created Eros.

Eros isn't that app that yells at you, that pushes you to give 110% or makes you feel bad when today wasn't your best day. No. Eros is like that calm, attentive training partner who goes with you, quietly tracks everything, and at the end just says: "Well done. You showed up today. That's what matters."

At Eros, we believe real motivation comes from visible progress, not pressure.

• Not every day is for giving it your all.

• Moving slow is still moving forward.

• Training in peace is still training well.

Our mission is simple: we want to bring calm back to your workout. So you only have to worry about moving, breathing, and feeling your body. We'll take care of the rest.

How do we do it?

🧘 Minimal interaction. The app disappears while you train. No complicated touchscreens, no constant questions. Just you, your music 🎵 (or your silence), and your rhythm.

🔢 Forget counting. Eros keeps track for you. Sets, reps... everything gets logged automatically so your mind can flow and disconnect.

📋 Organize it your way. Create and customize your own routines. No imposed rules, just the tools for you to decide how you want to train today.

💚 Rest counts too. That's why we built rest days into your plan. Not feeling it today? No worries. Take it easy, no guilt. An off day is still part of the progress.

🤝 Clear feedback, no shouting. When you finish, you get a simple, honest recognition of your effort. A pat on the back at the end, no empty speeches.

🚫 No judgment. Here, you're not competing against anyone. Not against the person next to you, not against some ideal of perfection. Just against yourself... if you want to. If not, you just train. Because showing up consistently is already your biggest win.

At Eros, we believe in real progress, not pressure.

That's why we track effort, not perfection. Because a bad day is still a day you showed up. Because training in peace is still training well.

Bring calm back to your workouts. You just move. We'll take care of the rest.
