Next Set is an AI personal trainer and workout planner that builds your strength training week around you: your goals, your equipment, your schedule, your body. And it keeps adapting as you train.

Most workout apps shuffle a fixed exercise library with a rules engine. Next Set runs a real AI coach. It reasons about your programming, explains its choices, and answers questions in plain language, the way a good trainer would.

BUILT AROUND YOU

Answer a few questions about your goals, experience, age, how many days you can train, what equipment you actually have, and any injuries or exercises you'd rather skip. Then get a complete weekly workout plan. Full gym, a garage rack, a single pair of dumbbells, or nothing but your bodyweight. The plan respects what you have.

CHANGE ANYTHING, JUST BY ASKING

Don't like an exercise? Ask for something else and get alternatives with the reasoning behind each one. Add a movement, drop one, or swap mid-workout. Nothing is locked.

A COACH YOU CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO

Ask about form, recovery, why a lift is programmed the way it is, or how to train around a cranky shoulder. You get an answer, not a search result.

LOG EVERY LIFT WITHOUT THE FRICTION

A workout tracker that stays out of your way. Sets, reps, weight, rest timer, warm-ups, timed holds, cardio. Spoken cues between sets so you're not staring at your phone. Calorie estimates built from published MET research, not a made-up formula.

WATCH IT ADD UP

Personal records detected automatically. Streaks, badges, weekly volume, and a full lifting history that syncs across your devices.

TRAINING FOR YOUR SPORT

Play something? Say so. In-season work stays out of your sport's way. Off-season builds what your sport actually needs.

FOR EVERY LEVEL

First week in a gym or ten years of lifting, the programming moves with you, and every new plan builds on what you've logged. Beginner strength training, hypertrophy, powerlifting-style strength blocks, or general fitness: the plan matches where you are.
