Row every stroke on time. WaterPacer is the smart stroke-rate pacer for your indoor rower: connect your erg and train with the exact rhythm, real-time data and plans that adapt to you.

STROKE-RATE PACER
• Visual and audio cues for every drive and recovery, at the 1:2 ratio that turns effort into meters.
• Instant feedback: on time, early or late, stroke by stroke.

CONNECTS TO YOUR ROWER
• Any rowing machine or monitor that broadcasts Bluetooth FTMS.
• Concept2 PM5 support, including stroke data and the force curve.
• Live stroke rate, split /500 m, watts, distance, calories and meters per stroke.

HEART RATE AND ZONES
• Pair a Bluetooth heart rate strap or a watch that broadcasts heart rate (Garmin, Polar, Coros and more).
• Five heart rate zones live while you row and time in each zone when you finish.
• Your max heart rate adjusts itself from your sessions and Health Connect, or set your own.

TECHNIQUE (CONCEPT2 PM5)
• Average force curve with a simple tip on its shape.
• Drive length, drive-to-recovery ratio, peak force and consistency.

TRAINING THAT ADAPTS
• Multi-week plans that tune watts and volume to your real performance, with deload weeks and calibration tests.
• Daily check-in: if you are tired, today's session adapts.
• Intensity zones from your 2,000 m reference power.

SCENIC MODE
• Row on a lake instead of facing a wall: your boat moves at the real pace of your strokes, with your local weather in the sky.

PROGRESS AND FRIENDS
• Full session history, personal records, weekly streaks and badges.
• Find friends by nickname, follow them and compare in the weekly ranking.

SYNC AND EXPORT
• Health Connect: sessions, distance, calories and power, plus weight and height for your targets.
• Export to Strava and the Concept2 Logbook, heart rate included, or share a .tcx file.

WATERPACER PRO
• All adaptive plans, no ads. 15-day free trial, then monthly or yearly through Google Play. Cancel anytime.
