The Lwenta application brings together in a single platform all the services developed to support airlines in both daily operations and exceptional situations. Its mission is clear: simplify complex processes, reduce human errors, optimize costs, and improve the passenger experience.

Designed for use at airports, headquarters, or operational control centers, the application offers an intuitive interface and can be accessed from any mobile device. With secure cloud architecture, it guarantees reliability, speed, and compliance with aviation standards.

The application integrates several key modules:
• DBAG: a baggage management solution that reduces fraudulent claims. By recording the condition of baggage before check-in, the system provides reliable visual evidence. Airlines can process legitimate claims faster, reduce unnecessary compensation costs, and strengthen passenger trust.
• RHOT: an automated hotel booking tool for irregular operations (major delays, cancellations). Staff can allocate rooms in real time, manage large groups quickly, and minimize passenger waiting time. This reduces stress for travelers while saving valuable resources for the airline.
• VOUCHER: a management system for the distribution of physical meal vouchers during disruptions. Each voucher is linked to the passenger’s booking (PNR), preventing misuse and giving airlines full visibility on costs. Distribution becomes faster, more organized, and easier to control.
• Certificate: a service that automatically generates official documents for passengers, such as delay or cancellation certificates. Frequently required for insurance or personal claims, these certificates are delivered in a standardized and reliable way, reducing staff workload.
• Inventory: a dedicated module for tracking airline operational materials such as baggage tags, labels, or other flight-related equipment. It provides accurate real-time data on available stock, helping airlines anticipate needs, reduce shortages, and limit human errors caused by poor inventory management.
• Contact: a digital directory centralizing all operational contacts involved in flight handling (agents, ground handlers, service providers, partners). By replacing outdated lists or scattered files, this module ensures that staff can quickly access the right contact, improving coordination and saving valuable time.

Security is a cornerstone of the Lwenta application. All data is stored on robust cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorized users. This ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with industry regulations.

More than just reliable technology, the application is designed for ease of use. Its user-friendly interface requires minimal training, and mobile optimization allows teams to take action directly on the field, whether at check-in counters, boarding gates, or operations centers.

By combining DBAG, RHOT, VOUCHER, Certificate, Inventory, and Contact into one single application, Lwenta becomes a true operational partner for airlines. It delivers smoother workflows, reduces risks of human error, optimizes resource management, and improves the quality of service provided to passengers.
