Sekvo is the mobile app of your company's workflow system – for phones and tablets. When you open it, you see what needs doing now – overdue first, then today – and you can get it done on site, in the workshop or at the customer's.

MY TASKS
• Sorted by urgency: overdue, today, tomorrow, this week
• Important cases first; returned and claimable tasks marked
• Search across your tasks

DOING A TASK
• Fill in the step's fields (text, number, date, choice, partner…)
• Checklist, notes, time log with a stopwatch
• Photos from the camera or gallery, straight into the case
• Close with one tap – the next step starts automatically
• Approve, or send back with a reason

CASES
• Open, overdue, waiting and closed cases, search and filter by process
• The case timeline: who did what, and when
• Data, comments with @mentions, files
• QR code: scan the case sheet to open the case

NEW CASE
• Pick a process, fill in the first step, set partner and priority – and it's running

PARTNERS AND SALES
• Partners and contacts: call, email or directions with one tap
• Log a call or meeting right after it, with the next step
• Add a new partner by taking a photo of a business card
• Sales board: leads and quotes by stage, with win probability

BOOKINGS AND PRICING
• The company's bookings by day, new bookings, confirmation
• Price calculation on site: enter the measurements, get the items and the total – with the working shown

FOR MANAGERS: OVERVIEW
• Running, overdue, due today and closed cases – by day, week, month
• Where work stands, and who is overloaded

CALENDAR
• Your deadlines and the company's bookings in a weekly view

NOTIFICATIONS
• New task, returned step, mention, missed deadline – during working hours
• Switch each event on or off

ON TABLETS
• List and details side by side, in portrait and landscape

SECURITY
• Sign in with the same email and password as on the web, with two-factor authentication
• Unlock with fingerprint or Face ID
• Revoke the device any time from your web profile

Offline, you still see the lists you loaded last; saving and closing need a connection.

You need a Sekvo account. Your company's manager invites you; if your company has no account yet, sign up at sekvo.eu.
