The Ultimate Exercise is a structured process for recognizing the patterns that keep repeating in your life and practicing a different response.

The method uses a RED to GREEN framework built around 52 RED patterns and 26 GREEN virtues.

Rather than simply asking, What should I do differently? The Ultimate Exercise goes underneath the behavior:

What am I feeling?
What must I believe for this feeling to exist?
What RED pattern is operating?
What is the corresponding GREEN virtue?
Can I see it, believe it, and feel it?

THE PROCESS

The app guides you through six connected steps:

STEP 1 - EMOTION-LINK
Explore possible connections between patterns, feelings, behaviors, and life experiences.

STEP 2 - BELIEFS
Identify the beliefs underneath your feelings and examine how those beliefs shape your experience.

STEP 3 - THE FOUNDATION
Learn the principles behind the method, including purpose, goals, values, responsibility, projection, and lasting change.

STEP 4 - VIRTUES & VICES
Explore 26 GREEN virtues and the 52 RED patterns that can appear on either side of them.

STEP 5 - THE ULTIMATE EXERCISE
Move from understanding the pattern to practicing the GREEN.

SEE IT.
BELIEVE IT.
FEEL IT.

Practice the GREEN response for 8 to 20 minutes. If something blocks the practice, work with the RED pattern or belief that appears, then return to the GREEN.

STEP 6 - COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIPS
Bring the GREEN into your relationships. Explore recurring relationship patterns, judgments, projections, and communication tools.

PRACTICE THE GREEN.

If you can feel it, you can heal it.
