**LoadHarbor — Read, Don’t Predict**

Keep your training organized with LoadHarbor, a personal journal for recording completed sessions, tracking actual training time, and reviewing your weekly activity.

Whether you run, cycle, swim, train for strength, or play team sports, LoadHarbor gives you a clear place to record your effort and reflect on your training history.

**Record your training**

Log completed sessions with their duration, sport, and personal notes. Keep your records organized in one place and find past sessions whenever you need them.

**Review your weekly activity**

See your actual training minutes, recorded load units, and logged days throughout the week. Review daily activity and navigate between previous, current, and upcoming weeks.

**Keep a personal training journal**

Browse your records by sport, search for specific sessions, and maintain a history of your completed activities. Planned sessions stay separate from completed training.

**Set your own intentions**

Choose a personal weekly or daily minutes goal to help organize your routine. Your goal is your own intention, not a recommended training dose.

**Private by design**

Your journal stays on your device. LoadHarbor requires no account and includes no analytics, location tracking, cloud sync, or backup features.

**Built for clarity**

No predictions or invented training data. Just your recorded sessions, actual minutes, and a straightforward view of your activity.

LoadHarbor is a personal training record-keeping tool, not medical advice or a training-dose recommendation.

**LoadHarbor — Read, don’t predict.**
