Service Report AI is the app for field technicians, tradespeople and small businesses to create professional job sheets and service reports in minutes, right on site.

No more writing reports in the evening at the office. Record the job on site (or dictate it), add your photos, get the customer's signature, then send a clean PDF — and the matching invoice — before you even leave.

■ WRITE FASTER WITH AI (PRO)
• Voice dictation: describe the job out loud, the AI turns it into a structured report.
• Photo or document → report: a rating plate, a quote or a handwritten note becomes structured text.
• Text improvement: rephrase and correct your descriptions in one tap.

■ PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS
• PDF job sheets and service reports with your branding: logo, contact details, business ID and VAT number.
• Two layouts to choose from: simple or professional.
• PDF invoice generated from the report: labour, materials, tax and total calculated for you.
• Trade templates: plumbing, fire safety, maintenance, IT, cleaning, construction, transport.
• Custom fields, service contracts, equipment, materials and labour hours.
• Reusable customer records and report templates.
• From a report: call the customer, start directions or copy any detail in one tap.

■ CUSTOMER SIGNATURE
• Handwritten signature on site, at the start and at the end of the job.
• Remote signature: the customer signs through a secure link, even when not on site.

■ ADAPTED TO YOUR COUNTRY
• VAT / sales tax, currency, date and time formats adapted to your country; rate adjustable at any time.

■ WORK AS A TEAM
• Invite your technicians and centralise the whole team's reports.
• Review a report, then approve it or send it back with a comment.
• Team plans from 2 to 20 members.

■ YOUR DATA, UNDER YOUR CONTROL
• Works largely offline: your reports and photos stay on your phone.
• Optional backup to Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive.

■ WHO IS IT FOR?
Plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, refrigeration and HVAC technicians, maintenance and repair technicians, installers, fire safety, IT technicians, cleaning companies, landscapers, after-sales and service companies: every trade that works on site.
