Arrow Ridge is the home-builder workspace that keeps your office, your crew, and your homeowners on the same page — from the first change request to the signed, invoiced, and paid change order.

BUILT FOR HOME BUILDERS
Arrow Ridge brings the moving parts of a build into one simple app, so nothing slips through the cracks and every customer conversation stays on the record.

CHANGE ORDERS, DONE RIGHT
• Homeowners request changes right from their phone, itemized line by line
• Attach photos and documents to the whole request or any single item
• Price each item, add your change-order fee, and send a clear quote
• The customer sees the exact price impact and approves with an on-screen signature — nothing proceeds without it
• Download a signed PDF record of every approved change
• Generate a QuickBooks invoice for the change-order fee in one tap
• Pricing stays hidden from the customer until you send the quote, and locks once they sign

TEAM TICKETS
• Shared task tickets with tracking numbers, priorities, due dates, and a running update thread
• Organize tickets under your own topics — Office, Warranty, a specific lot, whatever fits
• Add teammates with per-ticket roles: viewer, editor, or admin
• Keep sensitive tickets restricted to just the people who need them
• Attach photos and files, and keep private admin-only notes the rest of the team never sees

HOUSES & BUDGETS
• Every build with its contract amount and a live total that updates as changes are approved
• Staff each house with the right people, who are notified whenever something changes

A PORTAL FOR YOUR HOMEOWNERS
• Customers see only their own home — request changes, review quotes, approve, and pay
• A running thread on every request keeps everyone in sync
• No training required: you invite them, they sign in, and everything about their build is in one place

MADE YOUR OWN
• Add your company logo and accent color
• Owners, admins, team members, and customers each see exactly what they should
• Email notifications keep everyone moving, and you can sign in with email or Google

Your builder invites you — sign in and everything about your build is in one place.
