HobbyHoard is an organized, mobile and web-based inventory tracker built for makers, crafters, and collectors who refuse to let their supplies get the better of them. Whether you're managing a growing yarn collection, a drawer full of knitting needles and crochet hooks, spools of thread, skeins of embroidery floss, or any other crafting materials, HobbyHoard keeps your stash beautifully catalogued and your next project always within reach.

Gone are the days of buying a third skein of the same dusty rose worsted because you forgot you already had two at home. HobbyHoard brings calm to the creative chaos — a single, elegant hub where every item in your craft room is accounted for, searchable, and ready to inspire your next make.

Smart Organization, Your Way

HobbyHoard is built around customization. Organize your inventory the way your brain works — by fiber type, weight, color family, brand, project status, or any custom tag system you define. Create collections and subcategories that match your specific crafting world. Whether you're a dedicated amigurumi artist with hundreds of mini skeins or a quilter managing bolts of fabric, the app flexes to fit your stash, not the other way around.

Your AI Crafting Assistant

At the heart of HobbyHoard is a voice-interactive AI assistant designed to make navigating your collection feel effortless. Ask it things like "Do I have enough bulky weight yarn for a hat?" or "Show me all my size 4mm hooks" and get instant, conversational answers. Your assistant learns your inventory and helps you make smarter decisions about what to buy, what to use, and what to start next.

Built for Project Planners

HobbyHoard isn't just a stash tracker — it's a full creative workflow tool. The built-in project journal lets you document your works in progress and finished objects, attach notes and photos, and link specific supplies directly to each project so you always know what's spoken for. A built-in craft timer helps you track how long each project takes, whether you're logging hours for commission work or just curious. The row counter keeps your place without the need for a separate app or a sticky note tucked into your pattern.

Never Run Out, Never Overbuy

Set low stock alerts for your most-used supplies and HobbyHoard will notify you before you're caught short mid-project. Manual UPC entry makes adding new purchases fast and accurate — just type the barcode number from the label and your new supplies auto-fill in seconds, searching our community database, barcode APIs, and AI enrichment. Import and export your inventory and project data so you always have a backup, and so you can move your stash data freely without being locked in.

Share Your Makes

Collaboration and community are woven into HobbyHoard from the start. Share individual projects in read-only mode so friends can admire your work, or open them up in edit mode for co-creators and pattern testers to contribute alongside you. Perfect for group knit-alongs, classroom settings, or crafting circles.

Seamlessly Cross-Platform

HobbyHoard lives wherever you do. Use the mobile app at the yarn store to check your stash before adding to it, or pull up the full web experience at your desk for deep project planning sessions. Your data syncs across devices in real time, so you're always working with your most up-to-date inventory.

Once you've downloaded the app and set up your account, head over to hobbyhoard.org to manage your stash, explore your project history, and discover everything HobbyHoard has to offer. Your collection deserves a home this good.
