POCUS Log was developed by Apurv Patel, MD, an Emergency Medicine resident at the University of Saskatchewan as a private point-of-care ultrasound logbook for tracking scans, building your ultrasound portfolio, and monitoring your learning goals.

Designed for physicians, residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals, POCUS Log makes it easy to document ultrasound experience across clinical encounters. Whether you are learning bedside ultrasound, completing POCUS training requirements, or maintaining competency, the app keeps your scan records organized and accessible.
