LifeHQ is one place for the things you are already keeping track of badly — in a
notes app, on the back of an envelope, and in your head.

Open it and the Today screen tells you what is on, what is due or overdue, whose
turn the chores are, and which habits you have not ticked yet. Everything else
lives in modules you add when you want them and remove when you do not.

WHAT IS IN IT

• Calendar — shared with whoever you choose, day, week and month
• Todos — lists, due dates, priorities, and the overdue ones surfaced first
• Shopping — a list per shop, shared, showing who added what
• Chores — a rota across the household that records who actually did it
• Meal Plan — a week of slots that sends its ingredients to a shopping list
• Recipes — with the ingredients the meal plan reads
• Memos — notes filed into categories
• Contacts — your address book, with birthdays
• Habits — daily targets and streaks
• Clock & Alarms — including alarms that sound through silent
• Medications — a dose schedule with a tick, and a refill countdown
• Workouts — running, riding, swimming, lifting and more, shared with family
• Subscriptions — what renews, when, and what it adds up to in a year
• Journal — a line a day with a mood, drawn as a year you can see at once
• Flash Cards — decks you build or download, with text or pictures
• Gifts — ideas against the people you buy for, and what you gave last year
• Home Inventory — serial numbers, receipts and warranty warnings
• Vehicles — service history, warning by date or by mileage
• News — the feeds you chose, newest first, with no algorithm
• Videos — YouTube playlists that can be locked so nothing else will play
• Weather, reminders, and more

WHAT IS NOT IN IT

No adverts. No analytics following you around. No profiling. Nothing sold or
handed to anybody. No big tech company reading what you put in — there is no
Google, Meta or Amazon anywhere in the path.

Your information is stored on our own server so that it reaches your other
devices. That is the whole job. It is read by you, and by whoever you share it
with. Nobody else.

SHARING

Link to the people you live with and share a calendar, a shopping list, a chore
rota or a workout log. You choose what is shared and with whom, one thing at a
time, and you can stop at any moment.

PLANS

Free to use on one device. Individual and Family plans add more devices and
more people. There is no trial that quietly starts charging you.

ACCOUNT AND DATA

Delete all your data and keep the account, or close the account entirely. Both
are in Settings, both offer you a full export first, and both are described at
