Raed connects you with verified Qur'an teachers for live, one-to-one lessons over video — recitation, tajwīd and memorisation, at your own pace — and gives you a smart Mushaf to keep practising between lessons.

IMPORTANT: Raed accounts are for adults (18+). Parents and guardians create child profiles under their own account and book lessons on the child's behalf. Children never sign in or use the app on their own.

LEARN WITH A TEACHER
• Find a teacher — browse verified teachers by subject, language, rate and availability.
• Book lessons — choose a weekly plan or a single session and pay securely in-app by card, Google Pay or bank transfer.
• Learn live — join from the app with audio and video. Teacher and student read the same Mushaf page together, and the teacher can mark ayahs and words as you recite.
• Lesson notes and homework — after each lesson, your teacher's feedback and what to prepare next are saved to your account.
• Recitation feedback — your teacher can record short recitation samples during class so you can hear exactly what to work on.

PRACTISE ON YOUR OWN
• Smart Mushaf — read the full Qur'an in clear Uthmani script. Tap any ayah to listen to it, add a bookmark or jump to any surah, page or juz.
• Memorise mode — hide the words of a page and recite from memory. Raed listens on your device and reveals each word as you say it, marking what you got right and what needs another look — all processed on your phone, nothing is uploaded.
• Progress tracker — follow your journey through the Qur'an surah by surah, see what you've completed and what's coming up in your plan.

STAY ORGANISED
• Lessons calendar — all upcoming and past sessions in one place, with reminders before each one.
• Messages — chat with your teacher between lessons. Block or report anyone from the chat.
• Notifications — lesson reminders, booking updates and new feedback arrive on your phone.
• For parents — manage several children from one account, switch between them and follow each child's lessons and progress.

FOR TEACHERS
Verified teachers set their rate and availability, run lessons with the shared Mushaf, mark recitation, record feedback samples and leave notes and homework for each student. Verification is manual and requires identity documents.

PRIVACY
Lessons are not recorded. Memorise mode runs entirely on your device. See https://raed-quran.com/privacy for what we collect and why. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, or at https://raed-quran.com/delete-account.
