Talency is a skill-based networking app designed to help people discover each other through what they can actually do.
Talency helps you answer questions such as:
Who has the skill I need?
Who could help me with this project?
Who is close to me and works in a related field?
Who has competences I would never find through my existing network?
In a world full of profiles, titles and noisy social feeds, finding the right person is still harder than it should be. Talency helps you move beyond job titles and build connections around real competences, interests and professional potential.
Instead of focusing only on who you already know, Talency helps you discover who you should know.
Create your profile, add your skills, describe your background and start discovering people who may match your goals, projects or ideas.
Talency is not just another social network.
It is a radar for competences.
With Talency you can:
• Create a personal profile based on your education, profession and skills
• Discover people with compatible or useful competences
• Search for specific skills, even outside your usual professional field
• Connect with people, professionals, students, researchers, freelancers and entrepreneurs
• Build a network based on knowledge, trust and collaboration
• Receive and give skill endorsements
• Explore new opportunities through a cleaner, more focused discovery experience
Talency is built for people who want to find collaborators, talent, expertise or professional connections without wasting time in endless feeds.
Whether you are a student looking for your first professional network, a researcher searching for complementary expertise, a freelancer looking for new contacts, or an entrepreneur trying to find the right skills for a project, Talency helps make competences visible.
The goal is simple:
to bridge opportunities by making skills easier to find.
