Umego is at the forefront of a retail renaissance in trusted advisor industries. Our unique AI-driven customer intelligence platform delves into consumer needs and behavior, creating local, personal, forward-looking, long-tail customer knowledge. This platform acts as a sponge, extracting customer intelligence that is often lost in the market. It then exposes, harnesses, institutionalizes, and activates this intelligence to optimize predictive brand experiences and drive revenue at scale.

Umego’s native app is designed for internal or external brand representatives—or brand ambassadors (BA). Customers use their cellphones and any communication channel that works for them—livestream video, SMS, phone call, the brand website, call center, or a visit to a brick-and-mortar store. Our hub-and-spoke application simplifies the customer journey while harnessing the power of our app.

The app includes:
- Customer-centric CRM
- Livestream video
- Voice capabilities
- Text messaging capabilities
- Phone calls
- Omnichannel commerce integration
- AI-driven behavioral science intelligence
- AI-driven social science intelligence
- Journey tagging and tracing
- Learning management system
- Real-time recommendations
- Propensity modeling
- Next-best action modeling
- Customer scoring
- Customer profile
- BA partnership
- Volume and velocity
- Journeys
- Engagements
- Bounce rate

- CLV

The BA can be anyone the organization authorizes to represent it within specific constituencies, including:

* Direct sales teams
* Store clerks
* Call center reps
* Partners
* Personal shoppers
* Stylists, affiliates
* Influencers
* Synthetic avatars

When a customer pairs with a BA, the app shares a BA V-Card with the customer. The V-Card includes all communication channels open to the customer and a calendar tool that enables the customer to schedule a future appointment with the BA. The brand ecommerce platform is fully integrated into the app, enabling smooth product recommendations and checkout processes.

Our multifaceted AI-driven customer intelligence platform enables the transformation of a Large Language Model (LLM) into a brand-specific language model (BLM) that delivers 1:1 predictive recommendations, propensity, next-best-action, follow-up action, AOV, and CLV intelligence to the BA about every customer. The app is embedded with training and coaching capabilities that help to empower the BA to build relationships, foster trust, empathy, care, and the art of anticipation, and create lifelong customer-brand relationships.
