Less Meeting is for running meetings: set an agenda with a time for each topic, take meeting notes with your team, and follow up on action items until they're done.

Your meetings come in from the calendar on your phone, and from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace when your account is connected on the web. Notes you take on your phone are on the web right away.

DURING THE MEETING
• Give each agenda topic a time and watch the timer as you go
• Take notes, decisions and action items with owners and due dates
• Mark who attended
• Move side topics to the parking lot
• Attach whiteboard photos, files and audio recordings
• Start a huddle when there's no meeting on the calendar

AFTER THE MEETING
• Send the meeting minutes to everyone who attended when you end the meeting
• Action item owners get follow-up reminders
• In a recurring meeting, open action items carry over to the next one

KPIS ON RECURRING MEETINGS
• Log a number, amount or percentage at each meeting and see the trend in a chart
• Set yellow and green targets, and every value shows which side it landed on
• Works for weekly leadership scorecards, pipeline reviews, project status and 1:1s

ACTION ITEMS
• One list of what you owe others and what others owe you
• Reassign items, change due dates, and filter by person
• Connect Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do on the web, and action items assigned to you show up in your task list

PRIVACY
Less Meeting doesn't add a bot to your calls or make transcripts. Audio you record in the app stays on your device and isn't uploaded. Notes are encrypted and belong to your company.
