A clear before-and-after record, right on your phone.

Show the condition of a job, property, vehicle or piece of equipment with photos, video, voice notes and written notes. Whether you are a landscaper documenting a cleanup, a contractor finishing a repair, a renter moving out, or someone returning a rental car or equipment, AirVault Evidence helps you keep the details together and explain what you saw or did.

CAPTURE IT. CHECK IT. KEEP IT.
1. Start a record for one job, handoff or inspection.
2. Add your photos, videos and notes, then review the details.
3. Finalize the record, save a copy and share it when you choose.

WORKS ON YOUR PHONE
Local capture does not need an AirVault account or a cloud workspace. Your available phone storage determines how much you can keep locally. Exports leave the app when you choose to save or share them. Keep a separate backup of important records.

FIND AND REVIEW YOUR RECORDS
Search by record name or ID and filter by status or media. Swipe between photos and videos, zoom in on photos, and use the arrow buttons when you prefer.

MAKE IT COMFORTABLE
Choose Indigo, Ocean, Slate or Outdoor. Use light or dark appearance, follow your device settings, or adjust text size, contrast and motion. Statuses use words and icons as well as color.

KEEP THE FILES TOGETHER
Export a readable PDF summary and a ZIP packet containing the record and its included files. Finalizing locks the session in the app. SHA-256 checksums help detect later changes to files against the manifest; keep the packet fingerprint separately for future comparison.

These integrity checks do not independently prove who captured a scene, that a scene is true, or that a record will be accepted by a court. AirVault does not guarantee legal outcomes. Check applicable recording and privacy rules before capturing or sharing information about other people.

OPTIONAL WORKSPACE SYNC
A configured workspace can receive finalized packets through queued, resumable uploads and verification receipts. Upload timing depends on your connection, Android scheduling and battery settings. Workspace hosting and capacity are separate from the standalone app purchase. Teams subscriptions and purchases are not enabled in this release.
