Take the photos. Finish the job. Send the proof.

Job Evidence is a job photo app for tradespeople and field service workers who need to prove work was done properly — snagging inspectors, end of tenancy cleaners, pressure washers, painters, handymen, roofers and property maintenance contractors.

Create a job in seconds, then capture or import work photos as you go. Tag each photo as Before, During, After or Issue, add a quick note, and keep every image filed against the job instead of buried in your camera roll.

SNAGGING LISTS THAT COME WITH EVIDENCE A snag list is only worth what you can prove. Photograph each defect against the job, tag it as an Issue, add a note, and export the lot as a dated PDF the developer, site manager or client cannot wave away.

KNOW WHAT'S MISSING BEFORE YOU LEAVE SITE Choose a guided proof checklist — Bond Clean (end of tenancy) or Pressure Wash — or use the flexible Generic workflow and set your own required shots. The app tracks which required proof items you've photographed and flags what's still missing before you finish the job. It guides your process; it never blocks you from finishing.

END OF TENANCY AND DEPOSIT DISPUTES Deposit disputes come down to what you can show. A dated report, room by room, with before and after side by side, settles the argument that a camera roll full of unsorted photos never will.

PROFESSIONAL PDF PROOF REPORTS When the work is done, generate a proof of work report on your device. Every report includes job details, photo categories, timestamps, notes and optional location coordinates. Share it straight to your customer, letting agent or managing agent through WhatsApp, email, Messages or Files.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Loft, basement, empty new-build, underground car park — the whole workflow runs offline. Create jobs, take photos, add notes, check completeness, finish the job and generate the PDF with no connection at all.

YOUR PHOTOS NEVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-up. No cloud. No server. Job details, work photos, notes and coordinates stay on your device unless you choose to share a report.
