Get paid for the extra work you used to do for free. Say the change out loud, the homeowner signs on your phone, and it lands on the invoice.

Estimates, invoices, change orders and pay links for solo contractors and small crews. No account, no login.

SteelHand™ is job management for handymen, freelancers, and anyone doing side work. Built for the 2-to-10 job crowd — not for companies running crews.

Jobs, invoices and your Price Book work on a jobsite without a signal. Photo to Estimate and Voice capture need a connection. No account, no login, no sync. Your work stays on your phone.

PARTNER — $39.99/month or $399.99/year, two weeks free

Build My Project — describe the job in your own words, any trade, and get a priced estimate with the quantities worked out and the math shown. Your Price Book and your labor rate are used wherever they fit. Anything they don't cover gets a clearly marked starting price you can change, and your number replaces it from then on.
Unlimited estimates
Photo to Estimate — photograph the work and SteelHand tells you what it sees, then asks you for the measurements it needs. Nothing is measured from the photo. You answer, it prices, and every number shows its work.
Voice capture — dictate a prospect after a call and get a reviewable draft
Expense capture and Schedule-C Excel export
Mileage tracking
Branded before/after photos
Recurring jobs

CREW LINK — INCLUDED WITH PARTNER
Text your crew lead a link to the day's jobs. No app to install, no login, no training. They see the address, the work and your notes, tick off your checklist, take before and after photos, record how the customer paid, and get a signature. Everything lands back on your phone. English and Spanish, and it keeps working when the signal drops.

PICK YOUR TRADE
Choose your trade and your Price Book fills with prices that fit the work you actually do. Set your numbers once and Build My Project prices from them.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT IT
We will never stand between you and getting paid. Other apps cap your invoices and charge you to raise the cap. We don't cap invoices — not on Partner, not on free, not ever. Estimates are how we earn a subscription. Invoicing is how you earn a living, and that stays yours.

AI drafts, you decide. Every estimate we help build is yours to review, edit or throw out before a customer ever sees it. Nothing is sent, saved or committed on your behalf.

Every number shows its work. You see the measurement, the waste and the math behind each quantity, so you can catch it before a customer does.

WHAT SteelHand DOESN'T DO
No multi-user accounts. No route optimization. No inventory. No website builder. Those are for a different kind of company. This is built for the person who owns the truck.

A firm handshake for your business.
