Sentinel Strength Training (SST) is a coaching platform for serious, sustainable training.

Follow a program written by your coach — including multi-week progression waves that build toward a target lift — or train on your own with a full exercise library. Every set logs instantly, even with no signal, and syncs to the cloud when you're back online.

Your care team works in one place. A strength coach programs your lifts, a nutrition coach sets your macros, and a physical therapist assigns your rehab block. Each shows up in the right part of your app, and every coach sees the full picture.

FREE — INCLUDING THE FEATURES OTHER APPS CHARGE FOR
- Barcode scanning is free here. In the biggest calorie counters, it's a paid upgrade.
- Adaptive calorie targets that learn from your weight trend are included. Elsewhere, this one feature costs $70+ a year.
- Works fully offline. Basement gym, airplane, dead zone — log everything now, sync later.
- Real account deletion. One tap in Settings and your cloud data is gone for good. We test that wipe before every release.

EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE BOX
- Coach-written strength programs with progression waves and lift-goal tracking
- Macro and calorie targets that drive your nutrition tab automatically
- Assigned rehab blocks with guided hold and rest timers, plus a pain log your PT can follow
- Food logging with barcode scan, USDA search, and recipes — plus supplements, bodyweight, water, and glucose
- Apple Watch and Android watch sync for steps, resting heart rate, VO₂max, and weight
- Your data is yours. Sharing with a coach is opt-in and revocable, and revoking really removes access.

Built for lifters who want a coach's structure and an athlete's independence.
