IMPORTANT STATUS INFORMATION

Statuses and notifications displayed in the Portal describe work performed by Good Citizenship Group and activity inside this private client portal.

Terms such as “located,” “received,” “uploaded,” “processing,” “ready,” “shipped,” or “completed” do not represent official Croatian government application status. They do not mean that a document or citizenship application has been accepted, completed, or approved by a Croatian government authority.

The app does not:

• Issue government records, certificates, passports, or citizenship decisions
• Determine whether a person qualifies for Croatian citizenship
• Provide live access to Croatian government case systems
• Submit an application directly through a Croatian government system
• Guarantee eligibility, approval, processing time, or any outcome

Only the appropriate Croatian government authority can issue official records, establish requirements, determine eligibility, and decide a citizenship application.
