Most swimmers train hard for months and see almost no improvement. Not because they lack effort. Because their plan never adjusts to them.

Swim Success is your adaptive swim coach. Your training plan adjusts to your performance, progress, recovery, and consistency so you always know what to do next.

Built by a World Championship Finalist and World Junior Champion, Swim Success combines personalized swim training, video stroke analysis, workout tracking, and a community of swimmers in one app.

PERSONALIZED SWIM TRAINING

Get structured swimming workouts built around your level, goals, available time, strokes, and equipment. Whether you’re swimming for fitness, trying to get faster, preparing for a triathlon, or competing in Masters swimming, your plan is built around you.

ADAPTIVE TRAINING PLANS

Your training shouldn’t stay the same when you don’t.

Swim Success adapts your plan based on how your training is going. If sessions become too hard, too easy, you miss workouts, need recovery, or have a race approaching, your training adjusts with you.

VIDEO STROKE ANALYSIS

Upload a video of your swimming and receive detailed technique feedback personally reviewed by a World Championship Finalist and World Junior Champion.

See what is limiting your stroke and get clear feedback on your catch, pull, breathing, rotation, timing, kick, and body position. Track your Technique Score over time and see how your swimming improves.

SWIM TRACKING

Track your swimming workouts, distance, time, pace, effort, training history, personal bests, and progress in one place. Connect supported wearables to make tracking your swims even easier.

SWIMMING COMMUNITY

Train alongside other swimmers, ask questions, share your progress, join discussions, and learn from people working toward similar goals.

TECHNIQUE & DRILL LIBRARY

Learn freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly with technique videos and swimming drills designed to help you understand what to change and how to practice it.
