Ntel.Care Intelligence is a workforce app built for professional caregivers
working in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and
long-term care environments. The app delivers timely alerts and a clear view
of caregiving activity so staff can respond to events as they happen and
coordinate care across a unit or facility.

Ntel.Care Intelligence is a companion app to the Ntelcare service and is
intended to be used by authorized caregivers at facilities that have licensed
the service. Caregiver accounts are provisioned by your facility administrator;
the app does not support self-registration.

Designed for healthcare environments

Ntel.Care Intelligence is intended for use by trained professional caregivers
as an aid to in-person observation and routine workflows. It is not a
substitute for direct clinical judgment, in-person assessment, or emergency
services.

Privacy and security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Account credentials are
never stored in the app in plain text. Patient information accessed through
the app is processed under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each
healthcare facility (the Covered Entity) and handled in accordance with the
U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Security and
Privacy Rules.

The app does not include third-party advertising, marketing trackers, or
analytics SDKs. The app does not sell or share personal information for
advertising purposes.

Account and data deletion

Caregiver accounts are managed by your employing facility. To deactivate your
account, contact your facility administrator. You may also email
privacy@ntelcare.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we
will action your request within 30 days. Audit records required by the HIPAA
Security Rule are retained for the period required by law.
