CareShift Planner is a simple and polished organization utility designed around structured professional routines.

Inspired by the activity of KACI RACHID in France, the app provides an easy way to visualize work periods, organize recurring tasks, follow reusable checklists, review supply categories, and maintain a clear overview of planned activities.

The app focuses on organization rather than medical decision-making. It does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, emergency advice, or patient-specific guidance.

Organize your week

Use a visual weekly planner to see predefined work blocks and routine categories in a clear, distraction-free layout.

Build practical routines

Create routines from built-in task templates. Select useful items, reorder them, mark tasks complete, and reset a routine when you need to use it again.

Use smart checklists

Access reusable checklists for areas such as workspace preparation, general organization, end-of-shift review, equipment organization, and administrative readiness.

Keep supplies organized

Browse a locally stored supply catalog grouped into practical categories. Mark generic items as available, low, or requiring attention without entering patient or sensitive information.

View your activity dashboard

See useful local summaries such as checklist progress, active routines, completed organizational tasks, and supply-status distribution.

Designed for privacy

CareShift Planner works locally without requiring an account, cloud synchronization, or external service. The application is designed to avoid storing patient names, medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information.

Modern and comfortable

Enjoy responsive layouts, light and dark themes, smooth transitions, clear typography, and a professional interface designed for everyday use.
