The rules change every morning. The customers don't care. Can you keep the stall open?

Masala Inspector is a fast, tense food inspector game with a story - a cooking puzzle set at an Indian street food stall. Read the order, check today's bulletin from the Food Safety Board, build the plate from your own shelf and stamp it SERVE or REFUSE - against the clock. A wrong plate costs a fine. Three mistakes and the stall closes.

WHY YOU'LL PLAY "JUST ONE MORE DAY"
- A new rulebook every morning: banned ingredients, banned properties like "nothing imported" or "nothing with dairy", must-haves, a spice minimum, portion limits
- Rules that change at lunch: the Board posts amendments while the queue is still waiting
- Customers with their own plans: big tippers, people in a hurry, regulars who want "extra chili", and someone who quietly offers double to slip in what the bulletin forbids
- A customer with an allergy. Get that one wrong and it is not a fine
- A health inspector who would rather be paid than fed. Pay him, or don't
- A shelf that runs out. The good turmeric goes first. The unlabelled tub is always there, and nobody can tell the difference. Usually

A STORY WORTH FINISHING
Uncle Prakash is in hospital, and his stall is yours for twenty days. The rent keeps climbing. A modernization fee arrives in the post. Every evening you decide: restock, send money home, or save for his surgery. How you kept the stall open decides how the story ends.

AND AFTER THE ENDING
- Endless mode, to chase your best day
- The Usual: smudged order pads, and regulars who expect you to remember their face
- Upgrades bought with what you took home, for a stronger start next run

- A food stall simulator without the frantic tapping: every plate is a small puzzle
- A day takes a few minutes - perfect for a short break
- Pixel art and chiptune sound
- No account, no sign-in, plays offline
- Fully in English, Ukrainian and Russian
