🚛 Haulboard — Fleet dispatch, built for the road

Haulboard is a complete fleet management app for owner-operators, small carriers, and trucking companies. Run your dispatch, track your loads, capture expenses, and stay in touch with drivers — all from one app.

Designed for the cab. Built for the back office.

📦 LOADS — Dispatch & track
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Create, assign, and accept loads on the go
• Auto-capture GPS on load accept and delivery (actual driven distance)
• Live map view — see all your drivers and trucks in real time
• Pickup & drop-off details, contact info, and notes in one place
• Mileage report with per-driver averages (KM, miles, trips, MPG)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💸 EXPENSES — Capture at the pump
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Fuel, tolls, repairs, lodging — categorize every receipt
• Snap a photo of the receipt, attach it to the expense
• Per-driver and per-load cost reports
• Fuel report shows MPG, cost per mile, and total spend

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📍 GPS TRACKING — Always on, never in the way
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Foreground location service keeps dispatch updated during work hours
• Background tracking only runs while you're on duty (no battery drain off-duty)
• Tap a driver on the map → fly to their current location
• Smooth pinch-to-zoom and drag-to-pan map gestures

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💬 CHAT — Dispatch ↔ Drivers
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• One-on-one and group messaging with dispatcher
• Voice messages (record & play back)
• Image and file sharing — receipts, BOLs, photos
• Push notifications with sender names (no anonymous alerts)
• Unread badge for new messages

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
👥 TEAM — Drivers, companies, roles
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Invite drivers by email or join code
• Admin and Driver roles with separate home screens
• Admin sees all loads/expenses/drivers; driver sees only their assignments
• Multi-company support (if you run more than one fleet)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔒 PRIVACY & SECURITY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Account deletion available — request via email
• Location data only collected while on duty
• Receipts and photos stored encrypted on the server
