Locavana Go is the app for the people who run a farm business on Locavana: its owners, its managers and its drivers. One app for the whole operation, on the phone that's already in your pocket.

You need an invitation. A farm adds you to its team or sends you a driver invite, and the app shows you exactly what that farm has given you access to - nothing more. If you're a customer buying food from a farm, this isn't the app you want; shop on the farm's own website.

FILL AND SHIP ORDERS
Pick, pack and load by barcode. Scan an item and it's picked; scan a box and fill it; scan boxes onto a van. Weight-priced items bill at what the packer actually weighed, not an estimate.

DELIVER
Your routes land on your phone, stops in order, with a time for each. One tap opens Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze. Mark each stop handed over, left in a safe place with a photo, or not delivered - and the customer hears about it straight away.

SELL IN PERSON
A register for the farm store and the market stall, on the same stock your website sells from. It keeps working when the signal doesn't: sales are held on the phone and reach the books when you're back in range.

KEEP THE BOOKS
This month's money at a glance, what's in the bank, and profit and loss for this year and last. Record an expense by photographing the receipt - the amount, date, supplier and category are read for you, and you check them before anything is saved.

MIND THE FARM
Your herd and what's in the ground, with the things worth writing down where they happen: a calving, a treatment, a weight, a move, a loss, a harvest. A harvest bound for inventory becomes sellable stock the moment you record it.

KNOW YOUR STOCK
What's on the shelf and where, including what's low, what's expiring and what's still on the dock - the same numbers your shop sells from.

WORKS FOR MORE THAN ONE FARM
Drive for two farms and you'll see both. Each farm decides what you can reach, and one farm never sees another's work.

ABOUT LOCATION
If you drive, the app shares your position with the farm while a route is running, so the dispatcher can see the van and customers get accurate arrival times. It starts when you start a route and stops when you finish it. Never in between, and never if you don't drive.

Locavana Go works with a Locavana account. Locavana LLC.
