Most "AI fitness apps" are a chatbot with a step counter.
Beatgrit is not that.

Beatgrit is a real AI coach. It profiles why you specifically quit.
It builds a structured plan around your real schedule — not an ideal
one. It watches for the signals that mean you're about to disappear,
and it intervenes before you do. Every session. Every week.

The product is the coach.

━━━ BUILT FOR THE RELAPSER. NOT THE MOTIVATED. ━━━

Every fitness app optimises for the January version of you. Beatgrit
optimises for the real one — the one with a brutal calendar, a history
of strong starts, and a graveyard of abandoned gym memberships.

If you've started and quit more than once, you know what to do.
You just haven't had a coach who planned for the miss.

Now you do.

━━━ IT STARTS BY ASKING WHY ━━━

No generic plan. Beatgrit's AI asks one question first: why does it
usually fall apart? Time. Motivation. Confidence. Everything at once.

Your answer shapes everything — the plan length, the session format,
the coach's approach, the nudges it sends when you go quiet. This is
the information every other app skips. It's the only one that matters.

━━━ A REAL COACH. NOT A CHATBOT. ━━━

Beatgrit runs a hybrid AI engine — deterministic plan generation
(your barrier, your windows, your level, your goal) + LLM coaching
that works around the plan. The coach doesn't chat instead of coaching.
It coaches, and talks when talking helps.

"Tuesday got eaten. Happens. The 7-minute version is waiting — stitch
it today."

That's not a chatbot. That's a coach who read your week.

━━━ GRIT SCORE — THE STREAK THAT DOESN'T BREAK ━━━

Broken streaks are why most people quit. Beatgrit doesn't have streaks.

It has a Grit Score. 0 to 1000. Miss a session? It bends. Never resets
to zero. Come back after two months off? The comeback earns double —
literally. Five tiers. Built on consistency over time, not perfection
on paper.

Day 1 again feels like a continuation. Not a restart.

━━━ IT KNOWS WHEN YOU'RE ABOUT TO DISAPPEAR ━━━

Gone quiet for five days? The coach knows that's usually where you go.
It sends a pattern interrupt — not a guilt trip. A forward action.

"This is usually where you disappear. Not this time. One session.
Seven minutes. Today."

Dropout detection. Escalating re-engagement. Built into the coaching
engine, not bolted on as a push notification.

━━━ YOUR PLAN. YOUR CALENDAR. YOUR LIFE. ━━━

Declare your real training windows — not your fantasy week. Beatgrit
only ever schedules inside the time you said you have. 113+ exercises.
Full session or 7-minute busy version, every time. Voice-guided
session player. Runs on your lock screen. Works offline.

━━━ WEAR OS COMPANION ━━━

Full guided workouts on your Wear OS watch. Quick-log activity from
your wrist. Grit ring complication on your watch face. Today's mission
on your Wear OS tile. Phone-closed independence after setup.

Requires the Beatgrit phone app. Sign in on your phone once, then the
watch runs on its own.

━━━ ACCOUNTABILITY LAYER ━━━

Matched with a training partner who shares your schedule, goal, and
dropout history — not a random. Group challenges (7, 14, 21, or 30
days) with a shame-free leaderboard. Ranked by effort bands. No one
gets exposed as last.

━━━ WHAT IT COSTS ━━━

Beatgrit is a paid subscription. $9.99/month or $59.99/year.

One price, everything included: your plan, the AI coach, Grit Score,
the accountability layer, and the Wear OS companion. No ads. No data
sold. No crippled free tier wasting your time.

You'll see your personalised plan before you're asked to pay. Manage
or cancel anytime in Google Play.

━━━ THE BEATGRIT THESIS ━━━

Retention in fitness is a behavioural design problem. Not a content
problem. The plan that survives your life beats the perfect plan that
doesn't.

"Your willpower has a backup plan."

Beatgrit. The comeback counts double.
