RxBeacon is a simple, private medication reminder and dose log. Add your medications, set a schedule, and get a reminder when it's time. Mark each dose as taken or skipped, and keep a clear record you can share with your doctor.

NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD
RxBeacon has no sign-up and no servers. Your medications, doses, notes and side effects stay on your phone. We never see them.

REMINDERS THAT FIT YOU
• Schedule daily, weekly or custom dose times
• Choose how insistent each reminder is, from a gentle nudge to follow-up reminders until you log the dose
• Snooze, take or skip a dose right from the notification
• Pause reminders when you're away, and handle time-zone changes when you travel

FLEXIBLE MEDICATIONS
• As-needed medications with a minimum gap between doses
• Courses with an end date, such as antibiotics
• Refill tracking, so you know when you're running low
• Color and category labels to tell your medications apart at a glance

KEEP A CLEAR HISTORY
• See what you took, skipped or missed, day by day
• Add a note to any dose
• Log side effects with severity and time
• Create a one-page doctor report, or export a CSV
• Back up your data to a file and restore it later

FOR CAREGIVERS
Create a read-only weekly summary to share with a family member or caregiver. You choose what to send and who gets it.

MORE
• Home-screen widget (Android) that shows your next dose
• Light and dark mode
• Larger text and screen-reader support
• Free with a banner ad; a one-time purchase removes ads

PRIVACY
Free version ads come from Google AdMob and are non-personalized. No information about your medications is used for ads. Optional anonymous crash reports can be turned off in Settings. See our privacy policy for details.

IMPORTANT
