You know what you should be doing.
But your phone had other plans.

Social media is engineered by thousands of people whose only job is to keep you scrolling. It's not a willpower problem and you're not "weak". It's an engineered trap.

Foku gets you out of it using your own motivation. How?

THE 2AM VERSION OF YOU
You know that feeling — it's late, you're fired up, you know exactly what needs to happen tomorrow. You've got the plan, the energy, the absolute certainty that tomorrow is different. But then you wake up, and it's all gone.

That's why you need to capture that motivation.

Write your goal when that version of you is in the room. The next time you reach for Instagram mid-focus session, Foku puts those words right in front of you - the moment the urge hits.

Not a generic app block or another breathing timer. Your own goals, in your own voice, exactly when you need them most.

WHAT'S INSIDE
Goal-powered Shield · Scheduled and quick focus blocks · Inspiring stats: acheived goals, passed focus blocks, saved time · Bite-sized knowledge and motivation in Learning center

Just what you need to fix your addiction.

THE SHIELD
When you try to open a blocked app during focus, Foku doesn't show you a generic "you're blocked" screen.

It shows you your goal.

The thing you wrote when you were clear-headed. Your reason. Your deadline. The person you want to become.

Seeing that - right when the urge hits - is what actually changes behavior.

WHO IT'S FOR
• Students who can't afford to lose another exam to Instagram or TikTok
• Professionals who do their best work without a phone
• Anyone with ADHD who needs more than willpower to stay on track
• Anyone who doesn't like the feel of being supervised by their app blocker
• People who've tried blockers and found them either too easy to bypass, expensive, or too punishing to stick with

HOW IT WORKS
1. Write your goal - what you're actually working toward
2. Pick the apps that pull you off track
3. Schedule a focus block or start instantly
4. When distraction hits, your own words bring you back

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• Your goals on the screen instead of a shield screaming "BLOCKED".
• Empowering stats with no shame or streaks. Get motivated by the growing snowball effect of your progress.
• Fix the problem, not the symptom. A daily learning center that teaches you why you scroll - and how to stop.
• Built for community, by community. We improve the app every day thanks to your feedback.
• Private by design. Your goals, stats, focus blocks don't leave your phone.

WHAT IT ISN'T
• Not another timer you'll ignore in a week
• Not a streak machine that punishes you for missing a day
• Not an overbuilt app with 40 settings you'll never touch
• Not brute-force blocking that makes you feel controlled

Ready to get things done? For real this time.
