Struggling with social media addiction? Stop doomscrolling and take your focus back. BrainArmor is an anti scroll app that counts every short video you swipe to and puts a scroll lock on Shorts and Reels once you hit your daily limit. Your accounts, messages and the rest of each app keep working.

If you want a phone addiction app that actually stops you, this is it. BrainArmor is a doomscrolling blocker built for the most addictive part of your phone: the endless short-video feed in YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Snapchat Spotlight.

🚀 CORE FEATURES
🛡️ Scroll Guard: a small live counter shows how many reels you've watched today, across all four apps together.
🔒 Scroll lock: past your daily limit, the short-video feed locks. No snooze button.
🚫 Block Shorts and Reels at your limit: YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels lock, while DMs, profiles, search and normal videos stay open.
📉 Stop TikTok addiction: TikTok and Snapchat Spotlight count toward the same daily limit, so the loop breaks wherever you scroll.
🚶 Move to unlock: want more? Walk, do squats or breathe slowly to earn 10 bonus reels. Each unlock that day takes more effort.
🏆 Close and leave: the biggest button on the lock. Every time you walk away, it counts as a win.
📊 Screen time control: see today's reels and time in each app, and set per-app time limits and a bedtime lock.

HOW THIS STOP SCROLLING APP WORKS
• Set your daily limit. 20 reels is the default; choose anything from 1 to 500.
• Watch as usual; the counter keeps you honest.
• At your limit, the app block kicks in and reels lock until tomorrow, unless you move.
• Lowering your limit applies right away. Raising it only applies from tomorrow.
• Changing the phone's clock doesn't start a new day. Everything resets at local midnight.

Whether you need a simple way to stop scrolling or a strict phone addiction control tool, BrainArmor helps you quit scrolling for good.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE: WHAT IT IS USED FOR
BrainArmor uses Android's Accessibility Service for one job: counting your reels on this phone and showing the counter and the lock. Only while YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat is open, it reads which screen of that app you are on and its on-screen layout, so it can tell when you are watching short videos and count each new reel. It does not read your messages, passwords or what you type, and it does not watch any other apps. You are asked for permission, with this explanation, before it is turned on.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
• No account and no sign-in.
• No data leaves your phone. Your counts, limits and history are stored only on this device.
• Steps for the walk challenge are counted by your phone's step sensor, on the device, only while the challenge is open.
• Works offline.
