Jobcard Flow is a digital workshop management solution designed to help workshops manage customers, vehicles, technicians and job cards from one convenient app.

Replace paper-based job cards and scattered workshop records with a structured digital workflow that keeps important information organised and accessible.

DIGITAL JOB CARDS

Create job cards directly from a customer and vehicle record. Record reported faults, inspection notes, work performed, recommendations, parts used, labour hours, travel time and kilometres.

CUSTOMERS & VEHICLES

Manage customer information and their associated vehicles. Track fleet numbers, registrations, VINs, vehicle details and odometer readings while keeping each vehicle's workshop history together.

VEHICLE JOB HISTORY

Completed job cards remain linked to the relevant vehicle, creating a permanent workshop history that can be reviewed whenever previous work needs to be checked.

WORKSHOP PHOTOS

Take photos with your device camera or select existing images and attach them directly to a job card as supporting workshop documentation.

DIGITAL CUSTOMER SIGNATURES

Capture customer names and digital signatures directly on job cards, together with the date and time of signing.

TECHNICIAN MANAGEMENT

Assign job cards to technicians and keep track of who is responsible for each workshop job.

ROLE-BASED ACCESS

Jobcard Flow supports Owner, Admin and Mechanic roles, allowing businesses to control access to workshop management functions.

PDF JOB CARDS

Generate professional PDF job cards containing company, customer, vehicle and workshop information together with work performed, parts, labour and customer signature details.

INVOICE TRACKING

Closed job cards can be tracked as awaiting an invoice or linked to an invoice reference, helping administrators keep completed workshop work organised.

WORKSHOP REPORTING

Review workshop activity by customer, vehicle and technician, with summaries of jobs, labour and travel information.

Jobcard Flow provides workshops with a practical digital system for managing the complete job card process, from vehicle arrival and technician assignment through to completed workshop documentation.
