Star Service is an on-site task execution tool that provides standard execution SOP and SLA reminders for the installation, operation, and maintenance of new energy equipment under the brand of "Star Charge". It provides intelligent service management of the whole process of installation, operation, and maintenance.

It can realize the backpack material spare parts automatically occupying and releasing the warehouse position, and realize spare parts service at low-cost, through report analysis.
