Meena Avalon app provides simple, easy and user-friendly interface for Society Management. It has several key features which will help members of society to retrieve, view and maintain/update the information quickly making the maintenance process smooth, transparent and hassle free with privileged based access system. One of the key features is the auto-notification of the operations performed by any user to all the users accessing the app.

This app has privileged based operation modules like - Online Notice Board, User Management, Expense Management, Maintenance Management, Admin Configuration and society- Meena Avalon details.
Please note that any update in the information will send an auto-notifications to all the society members registered in this app.

Below are the brief key highlight of each modules:

1. Home - Important information which needs to be regularly checked by the society members (Timings, Maintenance details, Notice board information) can be kept in the sections for easy access of those data by members.

Society member users can check information like 1. Gym timing, 2. Swimming Pool timing, 3. Game Room timing 4. Valid notice as per today (if any) 5. Pending maintenance details.

Note: This section will be VIEW ONLY MODE of the society members. Update/delete of above data will be completely privileged based on the user-permissions. Privileged Users can update/delete a notice from this screen or Approve/Reject a maintenance from this screen .

2. My Transaction – Users will be able to check his/her maintenance transactions for the respective flats, submit and request for approval of the data to be updated in the app, if maintenance has been paid by providing the relevant required details. Notification will be sent to the admin user with maintenance permission to validate and approve the transaction. Once transaction will be approved, same will be updated in the App.

3. Maintenance Details - This screen will display consolidate view of the maintenance details for all flats of the society and colour coding will be shown as per the current status of maintenance payment.
Colour : Green denotes paid, Amber denoted pending for approval and Red denotes pending as of today. User with Maintenance permission can send notification to all the user with outstanding maintenance.

4. Expense - Dashboard of the Month Expense of the society. All the Users can view the monthly expenses. However only admin users with Expense permission can Add/Update/remove Expense details.
5. Notice Board - All the user can view the Notices and privileged user can Add/Update/remove Expense details.

6. Society Details - Screen displays consolidated view of all the society's flat no with details like owner name, Parking details and Intercom Number.

7. Meena Avalon Details - This screen provides details about Meena Avalon's address, map location, social account group details, Bank account details, society Rules and Committee Member's details.

8. Admin Config - This screen is visible only for Admin users who will have privilege to modify maintenance rate, Game/Gym/Pool timing details etc.

9. Add/Modify Users - Privilege user can Add/Update/remove User details. This module will be displayed only to the Privilege user and will be hidden from other users.
