Room Booking: helps employees easily and immediately search and book meeting rooms. It is possible to check the availability of meeting rooms and to select an available one; the system will be updated in real-time, and lights and indicators positioned outside and inside the meeting rooms will indicate its occupancy status.

Find a Colleague: facilitates organization and collaboration among colleagues, by allowing to be aware of the presence in the office of people who have given their consent. Simply by searching for a colleague's name, it will be possible to see if they are in the office, and by accessing the calendar, view their future schedules.
