PROOV is not a workout tracker. It does not count your reps, read your heart rate, or tell you what to do. It does one thing: it holds you to what you said you would do.

Pick a challenge. Do it today. PROOV it. Come back tomorrow.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose a challenge - 50 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, a 30-day run, ten thousand steps. Every challenge is free. You commit to it, and from then on the app asks you one question a day: did you do it?

Tap PROOV IT and the day is recorded. That record is permanent. It is not a plan you can quietly rewrite, and it is not a number you can nudge. It is a row that says you showed up.

A DAY ENDS AT YOUR MIDNIGHT

Not the server's, not a timezone someone picked for you. Travel, and the app follows you.

MISSED A DAY?

The challenge says what happens before you join, not after you fail. Forgiving challenges give the day back tomorrow. Strict challenges do not. Make-up challenges let you owe it back, for more than it originally asked. You know which one you are signing up for.

REST DAYS ARE NOT GAPS

A rest day is part of the challenge. It never breaks a streak.

OTHER PEOPLE, NOT AN AUDIENCE

Everyone on a challenge shares one board. You see who showed up today. Add a photo or a note to your day if you want to, and other people can reply. That is the whole social surface - no followers, no feed to scroll for an hour, no numbers to chase.

BUILT TO BE SAFE

Report any post or comment in two taps. Block anyone, and it works in both directions - they stop seeing you too. Two reports on the same post hide it automatically while we look. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT DO NOT NAG

One reminder a day, at an hour you pick, and only if you have a day still open. One social notification a day, batched. An optional last call before midnight, off unless you ask for it. Nothing after your deadline. Off is off.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS

No ads, no analytics, no tracking, nothing sold. Delete your account from inside the app in about ten seconds, and it happens immediately. The full detail is at proov.fit/privacy.

PROOV is not medical advice. Challenges are written by other users, not by doctors. Talk to a qualified professional before starting new physical activity, and stop if something hurts.
