Vital is a simple, private way to track your blood sugar, weight, and blood pressure — and never miss a dose of your medication.

Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, and no internet connection required. Your health information is yours alone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Log blood sugar, weight, and blood pressure readings in seconds
• Set up medications with custom schedules and get reminded before each dose
• Mark doses as taken or skipped, right from the reminder notification
• Browse your full history, filtered by date range or metric
• Export a PDF summary to share with your doctor
• Back up your data with strong encryption, and restore it on a new device

WHY VITAL

100% offline — Your readings and medications are stored only on your device. We don't operate a server, and we never see your health data.

No account needed — Open the app and start logging immediately. No sign-up, no password, no waiting.

Your data, protected — Every local backup is encrypted before it ever leaves your device, so exporting a copy to your own cloud storage or email doesn't mean handing your health history to anyone else.

Free, with respect — Vital is supported by small, non-personalized ads that never appear while you're logging an entry or responding to a medication reminder. Your health data is never used to target ads.

WHO IT'S FOR

Anyone managing a chronic condition like diabetes or high blood pressure, tracking their weight over time, or juggling multiple medications — Vital keeps it all in one simple, private place.

Vital is a personal tracking and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your doctor or healthcare provider.
