Every habit app assumes you work 9 to 5. You don't.

Shift Dad is the habit and routine tracker built for parents who work shifts — firefighters, medics, cops, nurses, and anyone on a rotation. It knows the difference between a day on and a day off, so a 24-hour shift never breaks the streak you worked hard to build.

WORKS AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE
Set your rotation once — 24/48, 48/96, or your own pattern — and Shift Dad fills in the next twelve months. Mark overtime, trades, vacation and sick days right on the calendar. Off-day habits pause automatically while you're at work, so being on shift never counts against you.

YOUR OFF DAYS ARE YOUR EDGE
The time you actually have at home is where parenting happens. Shift Dad focuses your energy on four things that matter most: Family, Fitness, Mind and Hustle. Check off what you did, keep your streak alive, and earn a coin for every month you show up.

YOUR PARTNER SEES YOUR ROTATION — FREE
Invite your partner and they get your shift calendar and a shared family to-do list on their phone, free, no subscription. Add plans — the dentist, practice, dinner at Mom's — and everyone sees who's free that day.

BRING YOUR CALENDAR
Import the next 90 days from your phone's calendar in one tap, so your plans and your shifts live in one place.

CLIMB THE RANKS
Earn Dad Points for every win and climb from Rookie Dad to MVP Dad to Hall of Fame Dad. Break a streak? You keep your points and your rank — we just reset the streak and help you get back on the horse. No shame, just momentum.

REMINDERS THAT KNOW YOUR SCHEDULE
A daily nudge to log your day, and a morning roll call with today's plans — quiet on days with nothing on.

SHARE YOUR WINS
Turn your week into a shareable card and let the crew see what you're building.
